Colon Cleansing Recipes
Introduction

Flax seeds or flax seed oil are rich in omega-3 fatty acids and protect against heart disease. They are also high in fiber which helps control constipation. Other ingredients can include cayenne pepper, ginger, aloe leaf and senna which all help in creating bowel movements. Bentonite Clay
Bentonite clay has been used for thousands of years by indigenous tribes for internal healing. It is a natural intestinal detoxifying agent and can be eaten or taken in liquid form. How it works is it absorbs water like a sponge as it travels your intestinal tract and this draws toxins to it. It is sort of like a magnet for toxins holding them until it is eliminated.
Probiotics
In your intestines live both good and bad bacteria. There needs to be a balance or else the bad bacteria can wreak havoc on your health.
